Based on my experience, I would caution others before working with or hiring Harper’s Air, Inc. There appear to be ongoing issues with poor-quality installations and inconsistent workmanship from the technician team. Leadership and communication seem lacking across the board, with concerns often left unaddressed.

The internal culture comes across as disorganized and, at times, toxic. There have been instances where employees were let go abruptly, often for reasons tied more to internal dynamics than performance. Management, particularly at the upper level, can be difficult to approach or communicate with effectively. There are also trust issues at the top that make it hard to feel secure or valued, whether as a customer or employee.

While this may not reflect everyone's experience, it's important to go in with eyes wide open.”
